Washington state bill would ban flavored nicotine and tobacco to combat ‘epidemic’ of youth vaping

She said her high school-aged daughter first started vaping in eighth grade and remains addicted today. Students can obtain vapes through a “plug,” including via social media such as Snapchat or stores that don’t check IDs, Keim said.
