Help us prevent kids from using e-cigarette and tobacco products. Your report may help identify possible violations!
This includes reporting gas stations, convenient stores and smoke shops etc. who sell these products to minors, including counterfeit JUUL pods, sales of open packages (loose pods), free giveaways and sales in non-authorized venues.

INSIDER - One tobacco giant — Reynolds American — is actively spreading millions of dollars to hundreds of state-level political candidates and political action committees, according to an internal corporate governance document reviewed by Insider.
The Providence Journal: Tobacco is killing people all around the country, and as other states enact bold, evidence-based policies to protect their residents, Rhode Island legislators must do more to protect our friends and family.
ProvidenceRI.gov: All vendors selling tobacco in Providence are required to have a local tobacco license in addition to the State of RI license. The license must be visibly posted in the store. Failure to obtain a license will result in a fine of $500.
TurnTo10.com: Gov. Gina Raimondo signed an order in September directing the state Department of Health to implement emergency regulations to ban the sale of flavored vaping products. The emergency regulations are in effect for 120 days and can be renewed for another 60 days.
